Blade: Made of high-carbon steel, hand-forged to preserve its unique texture. The shape is inspired by the famous “bearded axe,” allowing for a secure grip just below the blade during precision work (e.g., carving dowels).
Handle: Selected ash wood, treated with natural linseed oil. The ergonomic shape ensures the tool fits perfectly in the hand.
Balance: The center of gravity is clearly shifted toward the head. Thanks to this, despite the lightness of the entire set, the hatchet “cuts on its own,” utilizing momentum during the swing.
